      Pros

      I have been working at PLS more than 2 years. PLS is definitely a great company to grow and develop within. There are great options to attend training courses. My personal feeling about the company as a whole from all I have seen and experienced over the past 2 years is that employees really matter and you are part of one big family.

      More Bonuses would be perfect-)

      "PLS: We're the Best!"

      -Uncapped earnings-- the harder you work the more you make! -You can easily double your salary YoY -Others report poor management, but our management team is AWESOME! They care about everyone in the office and the whole team knows it! They're energetic, compassionate leaders that want everyone to earn as much money as possible. -You have the freedom to build a book of business any way that you so choose and the company will give you the tools and coaching to do so! -Happy hours, tailgate parties, holiday parties, team Birthday celebrations, potlucks, office basketball and volleyball (yeah- we're the only office that has our own legit courts!)-- When we say WORK HARD, PLAY HARD- We MEAN IT!!

      -Its hard work- and if you aren't willing to work hard- then you won't make it (simple concept) -No everyone is a SALES person-- if you cannot effectively build relationships with others through the phone this job will not be for you -We work longer hours then most -Have you ever heard the quote- "Live your life now like others wouldn't so that you can live the rest of your life like others can't"-- embody that on a daily basis! The first 12-13 months of this job you will have to work harder than you can ever imagine-- and then-- the promise land of full commission hits and your pay check depends on your work ethic! For most of us that is a VERY good thing-- if you aren't willing to work for it- it might not be such a good thing for you.
