      Can learn a lot and rack up some good experience to take with you to your next job. Great work environment and fun people

      Cons

      The industry is becoming saturated with brokers, harder to hit sales goals. No one stays here long except management

      Casual work environment, work/life balance

      Cons

      Company works in silos, job not secure even though management claims it is, lack of communication from top down, work environment could use improvement-- lots of bad attitudes/unhappy employees, low pay/terrible benefits, no training. No need to go on.

      Tough and no room to advance

      Pros

      The job is very laid back. No one micromanage you and you have your freedom. The job can be very demanding, but if you have the book of business can be very rewarding.

      Cons

      There is not much room to advance or be promoted. You are pretty much struck where you are at. I very tough environment as far as sales goes. There is a high turnover rate and it is actually expected.
