      Relaxed work environment is nice transition from college to the real world. Standard cold-calling sales job Once you learn the ins and outs it's pretty easy work

      Zero transparency Lackluster benefits Poor training Extremely limited growth potential

      Terrible place to work. Management takes advantage of employees and will do anything to put money in there own pockets

      Cons

      Everything about that place is wrong. It is filled with lies and people trying to take advantage of the little man at work

      Pros

      Fun work environment... Surrounded by young and driven people everyday.

      Cons

      Little to know sales training after the couple months of shadowing an employee. Very little time for management to help you out.... Have to start with nothing.. no leads and no accounts are just given. Literally given a salesforce account. Hard seeing the office dynamic always changing.. people constantly getting fired/pressured to leave.
