      Account Executive Trainee

      Pros

      Relaxed environment with basketball court, ping pong, pool table, etc. Salaried position gives some flexibility in terms of of taking time off, etc. Decent base salary during training phase.

      Cons

      Completely unprofessional place of employment. Turnover is extremely high, the company is basically just a revolving door. Not a stable place of employment. The company does not even show commitment to its top earners.

      Bait and Switch

      Pros

      Initially a very competitive salary, but this salary is only temporary as all sales employees move to a sole commission structure.

      Cons

      Mindless and tedious work. Absolutely identical to any other logistics company. Job security.You will not receive a commission until at least 5 months of employment.

      Account Executive Trainee

      Pros

      They have a decent base salary for an entry level sales position, and they have a fun work environment. Business casual attire in the office. They are upfront that it is a sales position that requires you to meet your sales goals otherwise you will be let go.

      Cons

      It is a sales position, if you do not meet your sales goals you will be fired. If you do not like being on the phone for the entire work day then you will not like this position. Extremely high turnover rate.
