While we offer uncapped commission for our employees, we also understand the nature of sales within the logistics industry can be difficult while building your sales portfolio. Work environment and co-workers - remote

Cons

New hires are trained to be dial machines (Call Center atmosphere). New hire training does not prepare individual for actual day to day task necessary to run book of business. No back office support. No growth strategy /plans provided to seasoned Account Executives. No meetings to discuss expectations or growth plans.
