      Fun, Exciting, and Motivating place to work

      Pros

      The earning potential is unbelievable! If you stick to the plan and learn what you need to learn and then put it into action success is yours! I have been with the company for just over a year and am very close to making 6 figures. You are successful as you want to be in this job. Your earnings potential is only limited by your own work ethic. The Pittsburgh, PA location is great! We have a great time in the work place with tons of team building activities for us to take part in! After the day we have a quick floor meeting to celebrate each others successes for the day and how we all did as an office.

      Cons

      Logistics never stops, and just because our day ends a 5 that doesn't mean that trucks stop driving. Or customers stop needing product shipped. The hours are long and I have been on the phone with Customers and Drivers in the evening, in the car on the way home, or on the weekend.

      Pittsburgh (South Side) Office

      Pros

      The South Side office has a very positive, upbeat, and motivating atmosphere. There is a strong team presence and everyone looks out for each other. Management goes above and beyond to assist employees in meeting and exceeding work objectives and goals. Its incredible to think that from our South Side office, we manage, facilitate, and oversee the transportation of goods all over the country, and across the world, over a vast and diverse range of industries. The office views are the best in the area - to the northwest, there's a view of the Pittsburgh skyline that is unlike any other in South Side.

      Cons

      You get out what you put in. Some people see this as a threat, some as an opportunity. The latter will have great potential for success at this company and in this field.
