PLS is a very fast paced environment, which allows the days to go by quickly and there are a lot of young employees that make it fun

Cons

There is a lot of stress working in logistics. A lot of issues with carriers and you can't always control the outcome

Cons

I remember management telling employees to go onto glass door to write false reviews. Pretty ridiculous if a company needs to fake reviews to get potential candidates through the door.

Pros

High starting pay for those with no experience. Lots of paid time off and schedule flexibility. Office is like frat house they drink beer during shifts as well order takeout.

Cons

The training is very shallow and does not prepare you for the job. They give you the keys and tell you to drive without showing you how. Training and support does not meet most people's expectations and the management team is unorganized, aloof, and very sketchy at best.
