      Pros

      The are virtually no pros to this job. They will try to lure you in with "commission" talk. However, you will never see that and I'd say less than 10% of employees do.

      Cons

      I was only there for 5 months and I watch over 15 people quit or get fired (Including two of the HR employees). Serious problem with their business plan and how they treat their workers.

      Pros

      -PLS is great for college grads looking to get some sales experience out of the gate

      Cons

      -Not a long term path. Benchmarks are crucial to hit and company will have no problem releasing you if your numbers aren't up to par.
