It's a job That pays alright and basically you'll be on the phone all day hanging with younger people fresh out of college. Energetic office environment. Informal.

Cons

Not much structure, growing and going. Seems to be a trend of these companies. 10% annual retention rare year over year speaks for itself. Best accounts in the market are controlled and contracted. Imagine that.

Pros

Yes, there is unlimited potential working in the logistics industry. You are trained and prepared to build your own book of business.The environment is fun and there is usually some type of contest / extra incentives going on monthly if goals are met.

Cons

Yes in the logistics industry there is a high turnover rate but thats up to how much effort you put into it. If you are willing to put in the time, push through the rejection and hustle you will do fine.

Young coworkers, laid back office environment, casual dress, locations in major cities across the U.S.

Cons

Limited opportunities for advancement. Working two Saturdays per month. Saturated market. The company pushes you to "build your own book of business" but you are essentially a glorified telemarketer.
