      A Total Regret

      Pros

      Very fun staff. You're all in a horrible experience together. You bond over it.

      Cons

      Take it from someone who worked in multiple departments for several years- do not approach this company. Your career will not grow. You will be let go. It adds no value to a resume and new employers recognize how bad it is on your resume and start to think you have bad judgement for even involving yourself with a company this abhorrent. From my experience people think you are part of a pyramid scheme. I can't say that's not the case.

      Fast paced environment. Manager is not a strength and leadership will misguide you and really stress you out!

      Cons

      Commission is honest not really obtainable. Account Executive trainees typically wont even make it past his or her 4 month in the sales process!
