      Not a good place to work for

      Pros

      The only good thing about working at PLS were the co-workers, and the overall atmosphere at work. Everyone is always available and willing to help.

      Cons

      low-paying job, greedy CEO and upper management who do not care about their employees whatsoever, high turnover rate, very little of moving up in the company.

      Pros

      Can learn a lot and rack up some good experience to take with you to your next job. Great work environment and fun people

      Cons

      The industry is becoming saturated with brokers, harder to hit sales goals. No one stays here long except management

      Pros

      The environment is very casual and easy to work in. base pay is nice for recent graduates

      Cons

      Don't really care about success of some employees, will give you the axe whenever you don't hit a goal, no questions asked (typical sales gig)
