      Each day is different so it makes your days exciting. Everyone is always nice and helpful.

      Not enough time in the day to do your tasks.

      Hard working atmosphere. Able to make a nice income if willing to grind in the beginning to grow a book of business.

      Cons

      The job can be very demanding for the first year.

      Pros

      If you are trying to build your resume out college and get some real world experience PLS is good place. PLS pays well out of school.

      Cons

      Cons PLS Logistics is a revolving door with employees and hard to find employees that have been there more than 5 fives. Especially in the freight brokerage department where if you do not hit your benchmarks you will be terminated.
