      Pros

      The atmosphere is great and they train you with the basics of the industry to be able to develop.

      Cons

      There is a huge focus on sales so if you are not comfortable picking up the phone calling out for business this might not be the best job for you.

      Pros

      -Competitive Salary -Professional management -Adequate distribution of work tasks (Really easy to get the job done if you make the effort) -Very friendly and cooperative staff. Always ready to help if there are any issues. -Work hard, but play hard is the company motto and I really agree to that.

      Cons

      -The main con I can find is that the company lacks some clear written internal policies and instructions. Meaning that if I want to know something about a particular procedure, I would need to go to my colleagues for advice rather than have an internal document for review. You do not always know if everything you do is correct. -Working with customers may be stressful, but I guess it is always the case.

      Comfortable office location. Professional co-workers. Good atmosphere in general.

      Cons

      Tension on eyes because of constant working with computer.
