Pros

Great group of people to work with and very fun and laid-back work environment. Most acct exec's are new grads - no experience needed. First 3 months are a training period. Base salary is a definite plus.

Cons

You'll need to be comfortable to with rejection - it's a sales job. Phone metrics are important, expect to be on the phone at least 4 hours, cranking out phone calls and dealing with service issues. Expect to be grinding daily after the initial training period. The first two benchmarks come quickly, if you don't hit your numbers you're released automatically.

Pros

I honestly can't think of any pros but the insurance. Words words words words words words... OK, that's twenty words.

Cons

You will be expected to work 50 hours a week, no exceptions. Expect to see large classes of new hires walking through touring the place often, and expect to see people vanish quickly. Standards are very high and it turns into a commission based job if you actually last long enough to become an account executive.

Pros

Great learning experience. Real look into a corporate call center styled job. Lots of nuances discovered. My personal manager was extremely helpful, but overall many contribute to the learning experience. Teaches you to be self-sufficient in a highly numbers reflective position.

Cons

In all honesty more is needed out of personal performance than what's taught. Ideas are related conceptually, which can lead to misunderstanding. Poor training. Poor tech dept. Poor understanding of workplace ethics, as they're consistently changing.
