      The environment is very relaxed and I feel challenged every single day. If you dedicate yourself to the position then you have a lot of earning and advancement potential.

      Cons

      Management structures can change pretty fast, but it's usually for the best.

      PLS offers you the ability to set your own ceiling based on your work ethics. Very knowledgeable management and staff that will take the time needed to help when you need it.

      Cons

      I get to see all the cool events and functions PLS put together for the offices and think I want to do that!
