Pros

PLS offers you the opportunity to make great money selling logistics services to other business that have shipping needs. The hours aren't bad and the salary is great for the Jacksonville area. The people are great and it helps your day go by fast. If you are competitive and have the drive to succeed and make some great money then this is the place for you! The office has lots of fun stuff to do and we get to listen to music while working hard. Truly a work hard, play hard environment. I've been with PLS for over 2 years now and I've gained a ton of experience that is actually valuable.

Cons

When you first begin sales, you may have to work a little longer than required (this is optional, not required) but it definitely plays into your success. All sales jobs have a high turnover but the difference with PLS is that you determine how long you will be here. You work hard and do what you need to be successful and you will hit your goals, if you don't work hard then it makes it a lot harder to hit your goals and that's where the turnover comes into play.
