Pros

Great atmosphere and work environment. Overall fellow employees are easy to get along with. They give you all the means to be successful and make good money at an early age. As others have said, you only get out of this job what you put in.

Cons

Stress and long hours are the main cons of this job.

Pros

This is a wonderful opportunity to rise and grow in a team like environment. One of the few opportunities out there where you truly can name your own salary based on how hard you are willing to work and how committed you are to being successful. There is plenty of support and coaching available at all time you just have to take advantage! Too many perks and incentives to list, all in all its a fun and rewarding place to work.

Cons

There are expectations you must meet it takes a person truly committed to be successful but when you are you will be rewarded.

Pros

Business is boomin'!! PLS has growth rates that are off the charts. They have an outstanding business model in place, and are running it to perfection. The CEO, Greg Burns, is really down-to-earth, and very appreciative of everyone's efforts.

Cons

It is, at best, a mediocre place to work, and for most people, it will totally suck. It is dull, boring, mundane, repetitive, lacks vitality, and gives the appearance of a place where almost everyone is just punchin' a clock. Maybe that is what happens when your business is bred on a simple concept, and you have many, many people repeating the concept over and over....I spent one week there in formal training (a joke), and it was one of the most depressing places I have ever experienced. Departments generally do not interface well, and it seems most people are waaay too protective of their "turf". The CEO is very sincere in his appreciation of the success that has been building, though it seems that those below him don't sincerely share that appreciation, and certainly do not believe in genuinely helping people do better. I was there five months, and not once was I asked, "what can we do to help you?...what do you need to do a better job?...how do you think we could improve (anything)?"
