Pros

young environment and good people to work with.

Cons

You're a pig headed to slaughter. They just bring in groups of 10-20 people then start cleaning out whoever cam in ahead of you that they feel "aren't good enough." They literally have no respect for the time and effort some people actually commit to the company. What's the point of working for a company that fully expects you to be loyal when they don't care about you.

Pros

The environment seems to be pretty laid back, and most of the people that I spoke with were very friendly and easy to get along with. The benefits package is pretty awesome too.

Cons

The recruiters will turn on you in an instant, and the management has no real care for their employees. They only care about making money, not about the happiness or really any aspect of their employees lives. They also don't take kindly to requests about moving up in the company and will tell you that you were hired for sales, and that is what they expect you to do. Seriously. Don't do it.

Pros

Most of the people who are account executive trainees are likable and easy to work with... you're all in the same boat and you support each other. You will probably make a lot of good friends. Also, you gain a lot of knowledge of the transportation industry through the initial training.

Cons

You are pretty much expected to fail. Even trainees that were used as examples of doing well in some of the training classes ended up getting fired in the long run. It doesn't always matter if you try really, really hard and make a lot of cold calls... sometimes the market just is bad, or you won't call the right people, and you will end up getting fired. But that's a sales job, I suppose.... but they really don't care if you succeed. No one gets too attached to each other. Just not a great environment to work in....
