Pros

Austin the GSM is a pretty chill boss Base Salary is standard

Cons

Lies Lies Lies Commission is NEVER paid out on time..... or at all Leads are so bad Should be a remote job Constant turnover, most new hires leave or get canned And the whole premise of a 3PL is a scam, you will be working for a pretty horrible industry. Basically tell companies you can ship something for them and then you just add on a few hundred bucks in margin for yourself. Its a joke of an industry and PLS is the punchline. They also show you a Jordan Belfort video in training, I mean how cliche can this company get.

Pros

Coworkers were awesome... that's about it. Base salary is livable right out of college.

Cons

Well, where do I begin. I give the company 2, maybe 3 years before it goes out of business. I'd say they've fired 45% if not more of their staff in the past few months. Without warning, of course. The upper level managers here are frauds, for lack of better words. These people seem to have nothing better to do than micromanage the life out of you and make you feel worthless. It's a business of scamming people, simple as that. Commission? By the way, basically nonexistent. Any of the positive reveiws you see on here are from the entitled kids that Austin decides he wants to keep around as AE's or because they offer us giftcards to write something nice about the place. To bad they signed a rental contract for 10 years on this new office, give it a few more years max before this place gets shut.

Pros

- Good pay - Decent environment where coworkers keep it comfortable and are like-minded

Cons

Where to start.. - Extremely high turnover, you will see people leave every week and replaced within two - Because of this management does not care enough to help you achieve lasting success as much as they seem like they do - Hours are brutal 7:30-5 every day and if you do not live in Philly that's at the least a half hour of commuting, long day to say the least - 200 cold calls a day which is a ridiculous number and cannot hit if you have any relative prospects to focus on and will burn you out - There are two main positions which is account executive and logistics coordinator which are supposed to help set your shipments up with the trucking companies. However, it is completely unorganized and inefficient that you will find yourself doing it most of the time. If you end up waiting for an open LC it will end up probably costing you that load and customer and that will be your fault for some reason - Borderline scam
