      Management is Cruel and Uses Employees for Its Own Gains

      Pros

      It is one of the most renowned 3PL logistics providers. I had high hopes from them but didn't get the ambiance I expected.

      Cons

      The management is the worst. They don't value anyone. These control freaks won't let supervisors do their jobs. They also interfere in the work of employees. It's suffocating. The management is also cruel when it comes to firing employees. People are let go for no reason and even not given a severance package. It's awful to witness. The only way I found to avoid that fate and the stress that comes with it was to quit. So, I did.

      Cold Calling Job with High Stress and High Employee Turnover

      They made fake promises that sounded good. Things would have been good if that was all true. But it wasn't,

      Cons

      Working in this stress-filled environment can take a toll on your body and mental health. I didn't like the idea of working brutal hours and doing cold calls all my life. There was nothing rewarding about the job as the management lied blatantly. Please avoid trusting them. Beware!
