      Consistent hours, unlimited PTO if you’re allowed to use it, laptop provided

      Cons

      Lots of employee turn around, no notice for layoffs/termination and no severance, health insurance only has one choice and is not good at all, pressured environment

      Pros

      there was always people around to help answer question and give advice. The employees were on the younger side so as an intern it was easy to connect

      Cons

      In the intern role your leads are terrible and you call on companies that don't even ship anything. They expect you to call 200 individual per day and reach 10 decision makers. This is doable but very challenging. Turn over rate is very high and there is not a lot of job satisfaction
