after you get put into what they call the selling stage its like ok your on your own. and me personaly cant sit here 10 hours of the day at a desk

Surprised to see your negative review; we train our employees so that you are able to begin building your book of business on your own. The job is challenging, but rewarding, and PLS is an industry leader and top 3PL because of the hard work and dedication of AEs.

The company gives you the resources you need to succeed. The start up vibe and culture make the job fun to go to. young staff, and always in a great area of town

Cons

There are quite a few. Logistics itself is just not easy, and the learning curve is steep. Don't fool yourself. This is a sales job. you will spend hours googling random companies only to call them and hope they have freight to ship, and hope they are willing to take a run on you. Very difficult to build your book of business, the market is pretty saturated and you are trying to be the middle man between demanding clients, and truly terrible drivers. The 2 never really mesh well. the constant fear of being fired month to month

Great learning experience, and decent salary if you include free housing for the first few months. "They put us in brand new luxury apartment buildings". I learned a lot about sales and the logistics industry in a short amount of time. If you are a hustler, this is a great experience.

Cons

The quotas are very hard to meet. Although i met my quota....I still got let go even though I was supposed to work for another month.
