Management tends to over promise and under perform. Rules for moving levels has changed from time to time with no indication from management.

Good coworker environment makes staying engaged throughout the day bearable.

Cons

Stop changing what works. If someone is making more than what is expected for their level, don’t take away what kept them engaged. It’s just bad management. They say we have unlimited PTO, but then management takes it away if they think you’re using it to much even with doctors notes.
