Pros

Professional but laid back environment with potential for unlimited earnings. Macro-managed with the opportunity to build your own business under the PLS umbrella. Management is focused on being the best 3PL in the industry and are taking steps to gain market share consistently year after year.

Cons

Very Competitive A lot of work on the phone Long hours to be successful

Pros

I honestly can't think of any pros but the insurance. Words words words words words words... OK, that's twenty words.

Cons

You will be expected to work 50 hours a week, no exceptions. Expect to see large classes of new hires walking through touring the place often, and expect to see people vanish quickly. Standards are very high and it turns into a commission based job if you actually last long enough to become an account executive.

Pros

Working at PLS can be fun and exciting. It is a laid back office environment. People are often willing to help each other with quoting and customer acquisition. the mentor program really sets a new Account Executive up for success. This is an entry level job so it is filled with a lot of young people.

Cons

Can be cut throat. Constant Negative emails about phone call stats. 1 on 1 coaching is obsolete until one gets into the final weeks before being fired. I think that more proactivity in this area would help tremendously in employee retention.
