      Pros

      People you work with are in the same boat you are in.

      Cons

      Where to start leadership is a joke. The business model should not appeal to you if you are a decent person. Extremely high turn over rate, poor quality leads, high volume of cold calling. Top players stay there thanks to the efforts of others. For recent college grads. 20 to 1 guy/girl ratio that should be a clue to the environment. Overall just a 6 month job !

      Pros

      fun work environment, lots of energetic young professionals, uncapped commission (if you make it that far), fantastic exposure to lots of different industries

      Cons

      no job stability, extremely arbitrary industry, minimal training, higher management of the company shows little to no interest in employees, you feel expendable from day one

      Pros

      Very young group of people. Pay is pretty good. I had a great mentor for my 3 months of training/shadowing. Management is also helpful in times of uncertainty.

      Cons

      100 cold calls a day. Very stressful job. The industry is completely oversaturated. Only a small percentage rise to the top; the rest are terminated 6 months from beginning of employment.
