Pros

3 month training period in a classroom setting. Experienced employees are there to answer questions.

Cons

Not a professional workplace. Hires people right out of college for a reason; most people quit or are fired within the first few months. There is a very high turn over rate. This company does not pay their bills on time; you will run into this complaint from associates on a daily basis and it will impede your business.

Pros

In this positition you can make as much money as the amount of work you want to put in. If you want put forth the effort and focus on building your own book of business you can control how much you make with no cap.

Cons

The job can be stressful at points but it depends on the book of business you have built for yourself. You also can have a lack of control sometimes with what happens but as long as you have good relationships with the people you work with you can control this.

Pros

Free bagels on Tuesdays. They will hire anyone who has a resume and doesnt wear Timbs to the interview. You can make your parents happy and say atleast you have a "job".

Cons

This "unlimited" potentital these previous reviewers speak of is completely false. Out of the 20 AE's there, most earn 40,000 a year and the highest is around 120,000. IF YOU EVER BECOME AN AE, which is impossible unless you enjoy pestering companies to allow you to move their freight. You will make 80 calls today, actually pitch to 10, and maybe send "info" (chessy packets of lies) to 1. Then you will hound these people you send info too either are so annoyed with you that curse words ensure, or they hang up on you. Save yourself the time and energy and look elsewhere.
