      None to mention, PM Group seem aware of some of there possible shortcomings are work hard at correcting them.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, nice people, freedom to work without constant micro mangement.

      Cons

      Outdated office in Dublin, needs a refresh, but I think they are working on that. Changes in procedures take a long time and we are falling behind other companies.
