Ample parking. Literally the best thing I can say.

Cons

Bad working hours, *terrible* communication from management to staff, unpleasant and stuffy work environment, management ironically terrible at managing staff.

Flexible working hours; Proximity to public transport, M50, etc

Cons

Salaries not great compared to similar companies; Lack of promotion prospects is many departments; Education assistance based on number of applicants rather than individual financial needs; Many PMs and project discipline leads are unsuitable/ineffective yet they are rewarded rather than reprimanded for mistakes; Most vacancies advertised externally but not internally; Holidays aren't great (20 days, max 25 with 5 to be kept for Christmas); Woefully inadequate canteen facilities.
