      nice people to work together.

      Cons

      some time the work loading is not balanced. someone is busy and somebody is relax. Also their GROUP is stable and difficult to accept you really.

      Good work Culture, efforts made to foster cross functional support on projects, friendly colleagues, in many ways retains the ethos of a small design house on a larger scale

      Cons

      Paperwork can be overwhelming (but a necessary evil) at times. A lot of moving between different clients and projects to balance workloads.
