      Good work environment and work life balance. Good support for further education. Exposure to a wide variety of large engineering projects.

      Pros

      Great flexi time opportunities. Probably the only thing I can say good about the place. Not much pros except if you get put on the right project at the right time. Pot luck really.

      Cons

      Management will say anything to get you off their backs. Never listen Shocking pay No healthcare Everyone is very uptight. Very judgemental. Can get branded with a bad image extremely fast. No second chances. Can be stuck doing nothing for a large portion of the working week.
