Too many big changes that don't benefit employees
Pros
Guaranteed 40 hours a week for full time, great for making long-term friends (because you all struggle together), have potential to make more money with the incentives.
Cons
No work/life balance Poor health coverage (premiums and co pays and out-of-pocket requirements) Very unorganized top down Big changes disrupt every day workload, especially when rolled out last minute Extreme short staffing, also not being able to retain employees Decline in mental and physical health Company removing entire positions Ridiculous expectations to meet goal, especially if you are in poorer demographics Threatened with writeups if you don't make enough Multi-Channel calls and open enough accounts Training is not in depth or long enough to fully grasp by end of sessions The incentive goal is difficult to reach and doesn't equate to enough money to make it worth it
