      back up chid care, plenty of overtime, 401k match ,everything does work for everone but, was my pros while employed

      To many people in the same position for years. to many good works go unnotice they end up leaving for better employment

      good opportunity for promotions and good chance for get up within company. Know what is expected at work and lots of opportunity

      no personal consideration outside of work, have to revolve personal life around work to much without any recognition from team

      Great employees make work a breeze. Many opportunities for career growth. Family like atmosphere among coworkers. Competitive pay. Open and constructive work environment (You can tell any one in the company how you feel about any, at anytime.)

      Cons

      Sales & number driven. Many conferance calls. If you do not like feedback no your performance go home. Bankers hours are over, some branches stay open until 7pm.
