Pros
Time off amounts, stock discount, excellent work-life balance, but that depends on your management team. Tuition assistance and other employee benefits are plentiful.
Cons
Treats truly hired remote employees like they are on borrowed time when in-office employees are being called back in. There really isn’t a lot of room to move up. Politics is coming into play more than ever. Workload can be out of hand. Raises are low and bonus could be higher. Health benefit deductibles are expensive but HSA accounts help.
