Client abuse report is ineffective. You can be asked very inappropriate questions and come out feeling like you have to live with harassment/abuse from clients because it's just going to be seen as inappropriate and not really be dealt with from leads or HR Access to employee resources is a hassle. Everything goes through long wait time through phone or email. It can take months for something like disability accommodations to be addressed and it's no where near guaranteed to be approved which waste manhours and resources. Different sections like customer care have different treatment from HR leading to high turnover. Policies change overnight and you have to deal with it. No clarification just upset clients and closed complaints that do not get addressed.
