Good atmosphere among development staff. Lot of new projects on the go can keep life somewhat interesting. Interesting scenery outside office windows.

Cons

Atmosphere lacks excitement. Little effort is made to retain valuable workers. Very high turnover rates. Witnessed poor decision making at the higher levels.

- Pet friendly , Casual dress - Friendly work culture (Depending upon your manager's) - Excellent HR policies - Growing at a faster rate - Allows junior-mid level employees to switch teams - Good to start your career

Cons

- Since products are limited, so as your chances of improving skills are restrained - You are expected to work with the Team, at times during evening and at times on weekends (depending upon your team) - Has undergone change management - At times spikes of Hire & Fire - No proper Age diversification..only has young people
