Pros

Steady pay. Mediocre benefits. That really is it. Nothing else. Be ready for some brutal honesty here. Here we go y'all!

Cons

Lack of meaningful recognition/advancement, regardless of performance. Constant and demeaning micro management. No two managers/supervisors have the same understanding of the policies, and therefore cannot give you a firm understanding of how to perform your job correctly. Filthy work environment coupled with cold hearted attendance policy; you will constantly get sick and be forced to work in close proximity to other sick employees; you will bring it home and make your family sick. The policies change very frequently; you MUST have them memorized to perform the job correctly; regardless of how often they change or how clueless your supervisors/managers are, you are held completely responsible for any errors and immediately thrown under the bus. You are at the bottom of the food chain; no amount of dedication, seniority, or exemplary performance will earn you an iota of respect; you will ALWAYS be talked down to and treated like a child. You will be used and abused until you break, then thrown out with the trash. Employees here will drop, be taken to the hospitol, and die there; I witnessed these events at least 4 times during my years. As long as someone is there to answer the phone, your health and well being is of no concern. This company prioritizes filling the position with ANYONE, over hiring someone competent and capable (very low standards). No longer performs background or drug testing. No really, I'm serious. They will lie about this. Some barely speak english and have never used a computer before. There are several employees that smoke 420 in the parking lot during their break. I have caught them doing this and reported it without management taking any action. If you are among the few competent employees, you will spend your days picking up everyone else's slack and take all the anger/negativity from the customer that goes with it. Extremely outdated software; systems crash and experience glitches on a nearly daily basis (still using MS Server 2003, same year as the database software being used for customer account navigation). When mistakes happen (frequently), management will only look for someone to blame, rather than correcting it and taking steps to prevent it from happening again; you will encounter the same idiotic errors repeatedly, when small changes would prevent it. Constantly being lied to; you will be presented with an expectation during training that they have no intention of living up to (again, yes seriously). The training materials for new hires requires four weeks of training; management now requires same amount of training to be squeezed into two weeks; you are held no less accountable despite this, no leanancy. No request/communication of yours to management will be handled/replied to the first time; need to be persistent and a pain to be assisted (have you ever spent two months trying to get a single vacation day request approved? Then 1 hour before you're due to leave and start it, it is canceled? Yes, seriously). This company always defaults to the cheapest possible option when it comes to doing anything nice for employees (pizza, spiffs, updates to workplace, etc). Only concerned with making money, not at all with providing a positive customer experience (will gladly tell the customer "too bad" after they have your money). How much more cold hearted and corrupt could you be?

Pros

Free coffee, can wear jeans on Friday lol

Cons

Busiest year ever and then they cut every ones pay 40%. Then the next week offer overtime to everyone to try to make them happy so they will stay instead instead like the other 4 or 5 people that have been there 6-7 years. Schedule you overtime then have you come in only to tell you they don't need you and send you home, some people driving over an hour to get there. I and every other sales person I know are looking for a new job. A bunch idiots working there and commission, bonus structure sucks. What bonus structure? Will never come close to being one of Tampa Bay or even Pinellas county , "Best companies to work for." Everyone person there is miserable and hates their job. Save yourself the hassle and stress you'll probably get treated better at Wal-Mart. I can't wait to leave, interviews next week.

Pros

Great place to learn (on your own and with no support) and great coworkers (unless they are under pressure then they will turn on you as soon as they can)

Cons

If your not one of the in crowd you can forget about advancement or longevity. If you don't grow and learn then you paint a bulls eye on yourself because your not motivated however if you learn too much then your a rebel and you can not be controlled.
