      Pros

      Great concept for a business with a large footprint. They have a great product for specific niches. Convenience and flexibility is great for moves if there is a gap between locations.

      Cons

      Many changes throughout the years and still going through growing pains. With a great concept and fast growth comes the challenge of figuring out 'what's next'.

      Great pay structure. Room for growth (if you drink the 'Juice'). Great job for consistent RELIABLE people.

      Cons

      For most schedules aren't flexible, could be considered a high turnover, some of the processes are less than ideal but they work fine.
