      Good pay and that's it

      Cons

      Micromanaging, all calls being recorded, very tense/strict environment and rules, bad management, never will get sent the correct equipment to do the job, and terrible teaching skills by the supervisors. If you like getting yelled at every day work here.

      If you lucky enough to have a good manager who understands how things work and taking lead then you might enjoy your time here.

      Where do you start..... 1. Horrible wages 2. Horrible management 3. Absolutely No Communication 4. If this company has actually "changed" then this a huge joke 5. Don't expect to ever grow here 6. Identity Politics are what control this company from every angle

      The pay was decent, and I got to work from home.

      Cons

      Everything from mandatory overtime, split days off. The management team is a joke. Being on the phones, you are pretty much on your own. Thrown to the wolves to say the least. No support from the management team whatsoever. Customers will call in begging to speak with a supervisor, but getting a supervisor to take an escalated call is a joke!!! It was a very mentally straining job that I'm so happy I moved on from.
