Pros

Manager was not strict when it came to working remotely; team was given one day a week. Great people to work with. Quarterly "fun days."

Cons

Never got a pay increase or promotion in THREE YEARS despite role responsibilities changing often–served on four teams while employed here, often overlapped work between two teams. Employee retention rate is tragic. Teams often worked in silos due to lack of communication between team leads when attempting to work cross-functionally.

1. Some of the major projects have unrealistic timelines and definitely need more help with improving and stabilizing their processes 2. Sometimes it feels like there is no space for personal career growth

Pros

Benefits, good pay but that is about it. They are constantly understaffed every year with drivers and agents then make people that do not work on the floor assist even though they aren't hired to do so.

Cons

Doing jobs that are not yours and not getting compensated properly i.e forced to take sales calls all day long and not getting commission. Moving up is solely based on favoritism. No work/family balance. Will literally work you into a heart attack.
