They put the conversion rate at an unrealistic unobtainable number. They place it right where most will fail, and the few who succeed are tiered for better calls. They will fire 80% of their employees after the busy season is over because they are not needed. Don't work here unless you want to find a new job in 6 months.

Bad work life management, understaffed to the point of constant back to back calls regarding price quotes that cost MUCH higher than the industry standard for moves, and ZERO understanding from HR or management as to the source of our frustration. We have less than 8 agents, taking back to back night shift calls all night. This is similar to selling gas and electric.
