It used to be an amazing place to work full of people that just wanted to do incredible work together

Cons

CEO has changed the culture and management has followed suit. A culture of fear has taken over. A very successful, profitable company has imploded. Everyone is jumping ship before they get dragged under.

Hopefully they are doing better than when I left. The number of advantages for this position had dwindled by the time I departed.

Good work/life balance, nice perks (food trucks, company events) Overall, the company is a great place to work.

Cons

- Florida salary (30% less for same job in other parts of the country) - Upper management in my department had very little connection to reality, they only cared about how the numbers look, and they are willing to tweak the numbers to make the data look positive. - very personality driven, and the personality belonged to the VP.
