Pros

Lots of work so you stay busy. Salary employees are smart and motivated and capable. Competitive salaries and benefits.

Cons

Too much churn on IT side due to poor planning by management. Unwilling to consider changing course on large projects. Call center focus detracts from the other parts of the business.

sales staff. Not sups, not managers, not executives.

Cons

The pay cuts we went from making 10 per hour plus 17.5 per local container and 35 per long distance to now 10 per local and 20 per long distance. Bringing top rated sellers to less then 35k a year. The current manager is a cancer doesnt do his job and enjoys firing employees. Its a money greedy company. a company whos only interest when we were bought was making money when they sell us.
