Good starting pay. Once you advance the pay is great. Management is very down to earth and approachable. They don't micro manage you.

They have issues with the computer system quite often.

Decent pay and commissions if you are still employed when they land.

Cons

Will fire you for nothing and then wont pay you any of the commission for what you have set up. Managers are dumb as rocks.
