None. Especially the Corning Iowa location. CEO is cool just wish he was more aware of the work environment.

Cons

No work life balance Raises are pitiful but they’ll lie and make you believe they’re great They’ll “get their moneys worth” of you if they think you’re too slow to train in hopes that you quit.

Pros

Excellent culture in my department, good pay and benefits for the position, and plenty of discussion about growth opportunities. Management works with you to help you get what you want from the job - whether you want to simply come in and hammer out routine duties or be exposed to a variety of tasks and experiences.

Cons

The company pushes for you to donate to POET PAC, using flex scheduling in the Summer as an incentive - something that some more modern workplaces offer by default year round. Some communication issues exist between departments.

Production and maintenance Training, advancement opportunities, unique work opportunities, advanced technology, ability to learn new technology, safety minded company, environmentally safe company, family oriented company, team member recognition

Cons

Shift work, rotation schedule from days to nights, pay could improve. It’s a very technical place, so it requires an employee with the ability to learn these things, better starting pay could help attract better talent.
