Pros

Pay, bonuses, time away, flexible, plenty of vacation (if your on shift) there is alot of positives about working for Poet. The work is not hard as long as you pay attention and be positive. Alot of really good employees!

Cons

Management (not all but majority) for starters some managers have no business being managers, they have no idea how to lead by example or are not willing to "get their hands dirty". The general manager and plant manager are decent at what they do but 50% of the shift supers are unqualified for their positions EH&S "manager" never leaves his office. One manager non shift no communication whats so ever good bad or in the middle. Likes to give only bits of information and when you interpret it wrong he/she tells you what you did wrong but never gave you that info in the first place.
