Very professional interview process. I was ultimately not offered a job, nevertheless, my experience was overall positive. Some of the team members were very down to earth.

Cons

Some of the interview questions posed by upper management were irrelevant in determining the capabilities of a candidate. I.e “What Are you going to do with the energy you have, when you find yourself with nothing to do?” The interview process felt more like a personality test as opposed to a capability evaluation. I would have preferred a more objective/ technical interview process. Some interviewers came off as elitist.
