Pros

Great Benefits, Company has great core values, provides lots of opportunities for self improvement.

Cons

Lot's of variability between plant sites. Some have great cultures, others not so much. Corporate likes to be involved, but they don't provide a lot of leadership. They want you to come up with the ideas and implement them with little support from them.

Level of process automation and data collection is second to none. Ethanol is a current solution to part of the environmental problems facing us.

Cons

Low pay, lower than average benefits. Long hours. Understaffed both hourly and management. Push a right-wing Christian agenda constantly.
