POET has a great culture and it is easy to see that management truly cares about you. Everyone is very welcoming and eager to help you learn. The company is very complex so you will never run out of stuff to do or learn. Amazing benefits, including 19 days of PTO. Profit sharing and value sharing. Competitive wages.

Cons

POET allows you to flex schedule 4 hours during the summer but this is not available during the rest of the year.

I cannot say enough about the people I get to work with every single day. I usually love most people - it's part of my ENFP personality - however, the people at POET are extra amazing. They are not only some of the more intelligent people around... they are some of the kindest! Almost everyone here wants to pitch in and volunteer to help whenever there's a need! We have so much fun as well. There's not a day that we aren't having some great laughs! The people here are REAL!

Cons

Not many I can think of. Like most companies, we can continue to focus on improving our communication. Since I teach DISC, Enneagram and a few other assessments, I understand that each person's style (Personality Profile) will need different levels of communication -- that's just how the world works. We do work hard to make sure to improve communication and that's what really matters!
