POET is a company that cares about its team members. The leadership team is a truly gifted group of people who are committed to their roles in ethanol manufacturing but also in their roles of making this a great place to work.

POET is investing heavily in the Menlo location ensuring it is a state of the art, highly competitive facility into the future. The commitment to bioethanol and the local ag economy makes me feel secure in the plants long term success.

Cons

The ever-changing political winds have an unfortunate outsized impact on the companies' ability to grow the market at the pace that farmers are able to improve their capabilities.
