      I've never had a workplace make me feel like I don't have to prove my worth or work to the point of breakdown just to get noticed for doing a good job. Working at POWER has been a breath of fresh air! I feel appreciated everyday, my team respects my position and my knowledge/input. A huge plus is that they truly believe that you should have a balanced work and home life.

      Sometimes the new programs that get pushed are just not ready.
